Your number one goal every month is to qualify for the Builders Pool.

5% of the total CV from US and Canadian monthly sales is pooled and shared by the people who qualify. Every month there’s a new pool and new winners. You can earn a share of the company sales whether you have been with RBC for one day or ten years.

 
 Here’s what you need to do to qualify to participate in the Builders Pool:


Associates must sell (as the Enroller) a minimum of one of the following combinations in the same calendar month:

 

2 Champion Packs or 2 Pro Packs or 2 of any combination of Champion/Pro Packs.

 

Once you qualify, you start earning points as follows:

  • Each Champion Pack sale earns 12 points.
  • Each Pro Pack sale earns 3 points.
  • Each VIP Pack sale earns 1 point.
  • Each first AMO order earns 1 point. (The point is earned in the month the first AMO order is shipped). First AMO points will only be earned on Associates who have signed up since 7/1/03 and have not yet activated their first AMO order.

Note: points are awarded to the Enroller

Each month, points are totaled and qualified participants receive a Builders Pool check for their share of the pool. This check is mailed out on the 20th of each month.
