The new International Compensation Plan represents a new focus for RBC.  It will allow our customers and new Associates to earn rewards sooner and build stronger organizations in less time. Now, rewards will start the minute you join RBC and everyone will receive a check!

Additionally, our new International Compensation Plan represents our expansion into other parts of the world such as Europe, Russia and the former Soviet Union, New Zealand, and Japan. Having one compensation plan that applies to the US, Canada and our international partners will make it easier for you to recruit and grow your business in other countries.

These improvements will go into effect January 1, 2008. However, for the months of November and December, your commissions will be calculated using BOTH compensation plans and you will receive the HIGHEST of the two checks!
